RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms governing automatic card payments, price list, and privacy policy. These provisions, together with the General Rental Terms ("General Rental Terms"), constitute the complete agreement between the parties. The General Rental Terms can be accessed via the Dribe Application.

PICK-UP LOCATION
The vehicle will be picked up by the Lessee from [PICK-UP LOCATION], as indicated in the App, for the first rental."

RENTAL PERIOD, BINDING PERIOD, AND TERMINATION
From [PLANNED PICK-UP DATE] ("Pick-up Date"), the vehicle can be picked up for the first rental.
If the Lessee fails to pick up the Vehicle or picks it up at a later time than the initial Pick-up Date, the Lessee will still be liable for payment of rental fees from the agreed Pick-up Date.
The Lessee is aware that there is no right of withdrawal for the rental of the Vehicle in accordance with consumer contract law. However, the Lessor has established the following rules for cancellations: If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the Pick-up Date, the Lessee will be charged 80% of the price for a 30-day rental period. If the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the Pick-up Date, the Lessee will only be charged 15% of the price for a 30-day rental period. Additionally, the Lessee has the option to purchase cancellation insurance separately through the App, as stated in the Price List.
The rental period ("Rental Period") is 30 days, and the Rental Agreement automatically renews on [PLANNED PICK-UP DATE + 30 DAYS] and can last for a maximum of 12 months unless the Vehicle is returned or recalled before then. However, the Lessee is bound for the first 30 days and is therefore always liable for payment of rental fees for the first 30 days from the initial Pick-up Date at the first rental ("Binding Period"). Subsequently, the Lessee is obligated to pay for the rental until the time when the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor.
If the Vehicle is returned before the Binding Period expires, the Lessee will not be entitled to a refund for unused rental days during the Binding Period. On the other hand, the Lessee is entitled to a proportional refund for the number of unused rental days that occur after the Binding Period and have already been paid for on the date of return. If the latest return date falls within the Binding Period, the Lessee will only be liable for payment of rental fees until the latest return date. In the event of an extension of the Rental Agreement, the truth and declaration of solemn affirmation made by the Lessee regarding reckless driving will also apply to this additional period, as the declaration remains valid until the Rental Agreement is finally terminated.
After the Binding Period, the Lessee can terminate the Rental Agreement by returning the Vehicle to [DROP OFF LOCATION] ("Drop-off Location") and following the return process in the Lessor's mobile application. However, the Lessee will remain liable for payment of rental fees until the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor.
If the Vehicle is not returned at the agreed Drop Off Time, the Lessee is responsible for rental charges until the time the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor.
[FIXED RETURN DATE]
If the Lessee has indicated a desire for a fixed return date during the booking process, the Lessee will receive a minimum refund of [TOTAL CASH-BACK AMOUNT] upon returning the Vehicle within the period [LEASE-END DATE - 3] - [LEASE-END DATE].

[CANCELLATION INSURANCE]
If the Lessee has opted for the Cancellation Insurance during the booking process, the Lessee will be charged [25 Euros] in case of cancellation of pickup of the vehicle.

[CLEANING OF RIDE]
If the Lessee has opted for the Cleaning of the Ride during the booking process, the Lessee will be charged [25 Euros] upon returning the car.

THE USE OF THE VEHICLE
The Lessee and the Driver of the Vehicle must comply with the Rental Agreement, the General Rental Terms, and applicable laws and regulations. In case of any failure to comply, the Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor for any loss suffered as a result.
The Vehicle may not be used for racing, any form of commercial passenger or goods transportation, or any other driving that requires special authorization.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
When the Lessee signs the Rental Agreement, the Lessee accepts that the Lessor may charge [TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION PRICE] in advance every 30 days, as the rental period is automatically renewed until the Lessee returns the Vehicle.
In addition to the rental of the Vehicle, the fee includes [TOTAL KM INCLUDED] / 30 days as per the section regarding included and excess kilometers below, expenses for green vehicle tax, liability insurance, and comprehensive insurance (with a deductible of €500 per claim), [YOUNG CO:DRIBER INSURANCE], service and repair costs, subject to the limitations outlined in the General Rental Terms. If the Vehicle's latest return date falls within the rental period, the Lessee will only be liable for rental fees until the latest return date.
The first payment is due for payment at the Pickup time. The subsequent payments for rental renewals are due for payment in advance every 30 days, and the payment is reserved on the Lessee's credit card 4 days before the payment date. For automatic card payments, the 'Terms for Automatic Card Payments' apply.


INCLUDED AND EXCESS KILOMETERS
Upon the Vehicle's return, any excess kilometers driven beyond the agreed limit will be assessed and charged at a rate of [0.19] Euros per kilometer.
Each consecutive rental period of 30 days includes [TOTAL KM INCLUDED] kilometers [of which [KM PACKAGE] has been purchased through KM add-on in the booking flow]. For rental periods shorter than 30 days, [TOTAL KM INCLUDED / 30] kilometers per day are included. If this number of kilometers is exceeded, the Lessee will be separately invoiced for the overdriven kilometers at a rate of [OVERAGE KM PRICE FOR VEHICLE] € per kilometer, which is also displayed in the Lessee's application when booking the Vehicle. The Lessee's remaining kilometers will be used before a separate charge for overdriven kilometers is applied. The user account's indicated kilometers are calculated at a rate of [0.19 Euros] per kilometer for overdriven kilometers. The 1,000 included kilometers pertain solely to the respective Vehicle and cannot be offset against kilometers driven in previous or later Vehicles or Rental Agreements.
PARKING CHARGES, FINES AND FEES
In the same way as if the Lessee had been the owner of the Vehicle, the Lessee is responsible for any violations that occur during the Rental Period and are related to the Lessee's or any Potential Driver's use of the Vehicle. The Lessee is liable for all fees, fines, and penalties, including road tolls, that may arise during the use of the Vehicle throughout the Rental Period and until the time the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor. The Lessee agrees that the Lessor is entitled to charge these costs to the Lessee's credit card, plus the administrative fee specified in the Lessor's Price List, as described in the General Rental Conditions.

DRIVER(S)

The Vehicle may only be driven by the Lessee or the listed Driver(s). If the Vehicle is damaged while being driven by anyone other than the Lessee or the Driver(s), the Lessor's insurance company may seek recourse against both the Lessee and the Driver(s) for the incurred damages and losses.
The Lessee is responsible to the Lessor for any damage to the Vehicle and any losses that the Lessor may suffer as a result of the Lessee's rental of the Vehicle, regardless of who is driving it.

INJURIES AND ACCIDENTS
The Lessor has taken out third-party liability and comprehensive insurance for the Vehicle, where the Lessee and the Driver(s) are considered insured parties.

THE LESSEE HAS A DEDUCTIBLE RISK OF [500 Euros] PER. DAMAGE
However, the insurance company may claim recourse against the Lessee or the Driver(s) for the full loss in the following cases:
∙ If the person in question has driven the Vehicle without a valid driver's license.
∙ If the Vehicle is driven by someone other than the Lessee/Driver(s).
∙ If the damage is caused by negligence that can be classified as gross recklessness, according to Section 108, paragraph 2, of the Road Traffic Act.
In the event of significant damage, an accident, or breakdown, the Lessee must immediately inform the Lessor by phone at 2109981110
The Lessee is obliged to report any damage to the Vehicle to the Lessor's insurance company, Allianz Hellas S.A. Contact information can be found on the Dribe application and www.dribe.gr. The Lessee's reporting obligation also includes minor dents, stone chips, and cosmetic damages.
In the event of a breakdown, the Lessor's mobility service must be used. Contact information for the Lessor's mobility service can be found on the Dribe application and www.dribe.gr

RETURN LOCATION
If the Lessee wishes to return the Vehicle, the return must take place at the same location it was originally picked off, as indicated in the App.

TRANSFER
The Lessee is not entitled, either wholly or partially, to transfer their rights and/or obligations under the Rental Agreement without the prior written consent of the Lessor, unless otherwise required by law.

The Lessor is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the Rental Agreement, including agreements made regarding payment services and similar matters. However, such a transfer may be considered a significant change, in which case the Lessee will be notified in accordance with clause 13 of the General Rental Terms.

CHANGES TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The Lessor is entitled to make changes to the terms of the Rental Agreement, including prices and fees, as stated in clause 13 of the General Rental Terms. Significant changes will be notified to the Lessee with a notice period of at least 30 days prior to the end of a rental period, and during the notice period, the Lessee may terminate the Rental Agreement with a notice of 7 days, regardless of the Binding Period.

Significant changes will be communicated individually to the Lessee, for example, via email or SMS, as specified in the section on 'Communication' in the Rental Agreement.

COMMUNICATION
The Lessee is obligated to provide the Lessor with their current personal and contact information, including email, phone number, etc.

Communication between the Lessee and the Lessor, including notifications about changes and requests for the Lessee's acceptance of significant changes, will be considered received by the Lessee when the message is sent via push notification in the Dribe application and subsequently sent by email or SMS.

OTHER TERMS
By confirming this Rental Agreement, the Lessee declares that they are aware of and have accepted the entire contractual basis, including the Lessor's General Rental Terms, Terms for Automatic Card Payment, Price List, Privacy Policy, and the pickup and return receipts issued by the Lessor. The General Rental Terms are available at all times on Dribe's mobile application and on Dribe's website www.dribe.gr

Furthermore, reference is made to the current legislation, including the provisions regarding consumer protection


The rental contract must be carried during driving and shown to the police upon request. "
SIGNATURE
The rental agreement is accepted and stored digitally by the Lessor. A copy of the accepted rental agreement will be available to the Lessee in the Dribe application and can be downloaded by the Lessee as a PDF.
Delivery receipt, return receipt, and any condition report are prepared in two copies, of which the Lessor and the Lessee each receive one copy.
