2. INTRODUCTION
It is important to Kosmocar S.A. (hereinafter "Dribe") that your personal data is collected and processed in a secure and lawful manner.
We have prepared this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which describes how we collect and process your personal data, and we encourage you to read the Privacy Policy thoroughly and carefully.
"You" is the person who has been created as a user on the app, customer or registered driver who has accessed the vehicle during the rental period or has consented to receive promotions (marketing) from Dribe.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TREATMENT
3.1. Creation of a user profile and use of the application and the website
Purpose
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Creating your user profile and account.
- General administration of your account.
- General management of your account and your user account and account management.
- Sending you service announcements, notifications and other changes to the App or the Terms.
- Evaluating your credit score in connection with account creation.
- IP address.
- Statistics.

We process the following personal data relating to you:
- Dribe user profile: name, address, email, phone number, profile picture (if added).
- Dribe user account: license number and driver's license photo, credit card information, payment address, name, address, street, zip code and city, age, ID number, tax identification number, tax identification number. Information on registration with a credit reference agency (only in relation to account creation).
- Sensitive personal data: We process your biometric data (photo) in connection with the creation of your account with your driver's license.

- GDPR Article 6.1.f Necessary to pursue our legitimate interest in being able to provide you with our services and display relevant information about your use of the vehicle, and to further develop our services in our application so that we can offer new features in the application that will optimise the user experience. In addition, it is in our interest that you and other Dribe users can share and view reviews of the vehicles offered on our app.
- GDPR Article 6.1.a If you have given your consent with your prior consent, your national identity tax identification number and other personal data are obtained for the purpose of assessing your credit rating.
Recipients
We may share your personal data with:
- Group companies.
- Suppliers, including IT suppliers, IT support.
- Public authorities, consultants and financial institutions.- Vehicle reviews shared on the Dribe app are displayed to all users on the app and on the web.
Maintain
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated:
- We process your data for as long as you have an active profile or account or have used Dribe's services or have been in contact with Dribe in the last 3 years, after which all personal data will be anonymised or deleted.
- Your user ratings will be anonymised in the app when you delete your user profile. As long as your user profile is active, you can always delete your reviews yourself.
- Personal data included in legal documents and tax documents (invoices, lease contract, etc.) are stored for five (5) years from the end of the financial year to which the entry refers.
3.2. Creation and management of subscriptions
Purpose
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of vehicles.
- Identification of your identity as a subscriber and fraud prevention. To the extent that you have registered a passenger for the vehicle, we will also process personal data relating to the passenger.
- Supply and distribution.
- Personal data is used for the delivery/receipt and preparation of vehicles.
- Personal data is used for general support and communication with you.
- Visits to garages for service and repairs.
- We collect technical information about the condition of the vehicle so that we can recall the vehicle for timely service and repair.
- Statistics.
Categories of personal data
We process the following personal data relating to you:
- Name, address, email, phone number, tax identification number, driver's license number and photo, GPS location of vehicle pickup location, and payment information.
- Service and repair passages : Technical data about the leased vehicle, equipment and vehicle configuration. Information from the OBD box, as well as GPS location in case of non-return of the vehicle. Please see here
