Expected condition upon Drop off
Are you uncertain about the expectations for your car's condition upon return? At :Dribe, we have a Fair Wear & Tear principle, but for the sake of transparency, we've categorized the condition of the car into two categories: "acceptable damages" and "non-acceptable damages."

Repair of damages falling under the 'Non-Acceptable' category will be billed to your company, in accordance with the applicable deductible or the price list.
Fees and possible additional costs
Standard prices for repairing minor damage

Scratch repair | The price covers surface scratches that can be repaired without the need for a full paint job. If a scratch is visible or has a different color to the color of the car, it is paint damage and the scratch is treated as an insurance claim. Dents | Dimpling with no associated paint damage and/or scratches. The dent should not have formed sharp corners. If it is in a point where it cannot be pulled or on the edge of a surface such as a door, fender or hood, the dent will be treated as an insurance claim. | 90€ |
Repairing of stone chips on the paint. | Minor paint damage such as that caused by small stones on the bodywork. When a paint abrasion exceeds 2cm, it will be converted into a scratch and treated as an insurance case. | |
Puncture / damage to the tire | If the car is returned with deflated and/or punctured tires, there will be a charge to repair the tire. The charge does not cover consequential damage, for example to the wheel, which results from driving with low tire pressure or a flat tire. If consequential damages occur, the damage will be treated as an insurance claim and the customer will be charged the daily rate or waiver for the repair. NOTE! Associated damage to the wheel(other than wear and tear from normal use) as well as damage resulting from driving with low tire pressure or a flat tire are not included in the price. Wheel damages | Damage to the wheel beyond the wear and tear allowance for normal use, which allows 1 scratch up to 2cm. It is a prerequisite that the damage can be repaired and is not of such a degree that the wheel needs to be replaced. Pricing covers both alloy wheels and "two-tone" wheels. Likewise, the damage must be to the wheel only and not to the tire. Tire damage is settled separately and is not included in the base price. | 100€ /each wheel |
Administrative costs
Administration (collection of public fees, parking fines, etc.): €40 per case.
Insurance for young drivers (users and co-drivers under 21): €40 per 30 days.
First missed payment reminder: no charge. Second reminder for missed payment: +€13.
If an account is not paid within the deadline specified in the second reminder, the case will be referred to external debt collection, which may impose additional fees in accordance with applicable law.
If you do not comply with the terms of the lease when returning the vehicle
The prices below include 24% VAT.
Purchase of final cleaning (can be added to the application): €25.
On return, if the car is not washed and cleaned inside (normal cleaning): €50.
On return, if the car is not washed and cleaned inside and requires professional cleaning: €100.
Professional cleaning if there were pets in the car (including cabin and air conditioning cleaning): €100.
Professional cleaning for cigarette smoke or other air/odor problems, requiring cabin and air conditioning system cleaning: €100.
When returning, if the car does not have a full tank: €15 handling fee + fuel cost.
Damages will be subject to a €500 exemption, according to the insurance policy, but will be billed separately.
On return, if the vehicle key is lost: €460 per key.
For cancellation of the monthly rental in 30+ days from receipt: 15% of the rental price.
For cancellation of the monthly rental less than 30 days after receipt: 80% of the rental price.
Early cancellation insurance (can be added to the application): €20.
Possible Price changes
We may make changes to prices, charges and other terms in certain cases. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide an exhaustive list, but here are examples of some of the cases where we have the ability to change prices:
External Costs. Our pricing depends on the prices and costs we incur to purchase the vehicles you can rent through :Dribe. A higher purchase price may lead to possible price increases when renting a vehicle. It may also include costs from other external parties in connection with providing services to our customers, such as fees for providing payment solutions, increases in interest costs or increases from other distributors.
Inflation The prices of rents and corresponding services may change periodically based on inflationary changes.
Change in Legislation, Regulation or Practice Car taxation is regulated by legislation and other rules that change frequently. Such changes or, for example, a new legal or management practice may require us to change terms and prices.
Product Changes A change to one of :Dribe's products may result from modified fundamental assumptions about the product. This may be due to changing legislation, changes in customer preferences or competitive conditions. It may also be because demand no longer supports the supply of a product in its current form.
What does my insurance cover?
Your vehicle insurance includes comprehensive insurance and liability insurance, but you yourself are responsible for the damages for which you are responsible, up to the amount of the exemption.
