How do I get my winter tires changed?
Between October 15th and April 15th, you need to make sure to switch to winter tires. You will be notified about this through the app and via email, but it's your responsibility to have it done. Fortunately, it's quite simple. All you need to do is contact Euromaster. After receiving the email, get in touch with Euromaster to arrange which Euromaster tire center you'd like to have your tires changed at.
Tire change is included in your subscription.
As a :Driber, you will have your tires changed at Euromaster – and tire change is included in your :Dribe subscription. It's important to switch to season-specific tires to ensure the best possible grip on the road. At the same time, you'll also have better fuel economy.
When should you change your tires?
You will always receive an email notification when it's time for tire change. Therefore, ensure that the email associated with :Dribe is one you regularly check.
Change to winter tires: from October 1st and no later than December 1stChange to
summer tires: from April 1st and no later than May 15th
You pay for winter tires through your monthly payment from October 15th to April 15th. As a result, you might notice a higher price during this period.
New cars from Dribe are equipped with season-specific tires:
Summer tires: from April 15th to October 31st.
Winter tires: from November 1st to April 15th.
Note: It is not allowed to return a car with the wrong season-specific tires. If you still return your car with the wrong tires, it will cost 999 DKK incl. VAT to have Dribe change the tires. See our price list here. It's essential to book a time at least five working days in advance to ensure that your tires are in stock at Euromaster.
How to book a time:
Book at Euromaster.dk
Enter your registration number and click "Confirm."
Choose the workshop from the dropdown menu.
Select the service "SEASON CHANGE DRIBE."
Then, choose the time that suits you best and click "Confirm."
Fill in your name, phone number, and email.
Click "Confirm." You will now receive an order confirmation by email.
If you want to change your time, you can click back to the booking page. Here you can cancel your time and choose a new one. Make sure to be there 15 minutes before your appointment. Also, remember the locking bolts in cases where there are locking tops on the wheels. They are either in the wheel well or in a small black bag on the side of the trunk. If you are unable to attend at Euromaster, please cancel your appointment. Euromaster charges a fee of 249 DKK for non-attendance.

In doubt about which tires are mounted on your car?
If the tire is marked with the M+S symbol and the mountain and snowflake symbol on the side, it's a winter tire. If there's only the M+S symbol, it could be an all-season tire.
