How do I pick up and drop off my Ride?
You pick up and leave your vehicle at one of our two locations in Attica. Find the locations here.
When you open your app, you need to go to "My Vehicle" and then click on "Scheduled". Here, just scroll down the screen until you find "Start Pickup" or "Delivery" and follow the flow shown in the app.
Pick up
You can pick up your vehicle at any time, 24/7. The whole process is simple, with the app guiding you through the whole process. Start your pickup by clicking "Start Pickup" in your app.
Drop off
Unless otherwise agreed, you must always return your vehicle to the :Dribe location where you completed collection.
During the return
Signs will always indicate the respective location where you should park your vehicle. You can make returns at any time, 24/7.
Place the keys in the glove box and lock your car using the app at the drop off point. The car will then turn off.
Checklist for Drop off
Here is a checklist for you to go through before you drop off your vehicle.
Don't forget to clean yours (external wash, internal vacuum and surface cleaning).
Return the key.
Make sure the car is refueled before returning.
Don't forget to remove your personal items such as sunglasses, car seats, etc.
Process the payment of potential parking fines as they may be linked to the car's registration number.
Make sure you have all the items that come with your vehicle, such as the floor mats and service book.
Close the windows and, if available, the sunroof..
Can I cancel my order for an Everyday Ride before I've picked it up?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time via the app. If you cancel less than 30 days before pickup, you will be charged 100% of the first rental period. If you cancel more than 30 days before pickup, you will be charged 25%. You have the option to add cancellation "insurance" during the booking process for a one-time fee of 499 DKK.
Can I cancel my vehicle reservation before I pick it up?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time through the app. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to pick up, you will be charged 80% of the first rental period. If you cancel more than 30 days before pick up, you will be charged 15%. You have the option to add early cancellation insurance during the booking process for a fee of €20.
